When I saw her running to me I couldn’t be happier!

I looked at the fresh morning sunrise, as the hum of the old ’94 Camry engine propelled me down the road.
As the miles flew by, I wondered what it would be like to see her again.
Looking out at the empty road ahead of me like I had been all month, I remembered all the times we had been together: every talk, every look, and every moment.
I knew this one would be unique, but no different than all the others.
I pulled into the parking lot and got out of the car, I walked to behind the gym.
I sat down and fell into a sleep against the old wall.
I was awakened by the vibration of my phone, as soon as I opened my eyes, there she was rounding the corner.
I stood up as quick as I could and threw my phone to the ground.
When I saw her running to me I couldn’t be happier!
The best part was, we never have gotten any of the typical things of a normal relationship right, so of course we can’t even run to each other properly.
So in the end, we have to trip at the same time with the same foot to fall and catch each other.
After I had caught her, and she had me; she gave me a simple look.
